Our products are hand made in our atelier in Jersey, using artisanal craftmanship. Each chocolate is designed, produced, enrobed, decorated and hand selected for each box.
Ingredients
We carefully choose our ingredients and suppliers and strive for the best quality and taste for our sweet collections. By being selective, we can be transparent with our clients and closely follow the supply chain. We only use local dairy products and source as much other local products as possible, such as honey and eggs. Our cacao is also 100% traceable.
Eco-responsibility
As a new company, we have tried to start as eco-friendly as possible. Our chocolate packaging is recycled, recyclable and, if you remove the bronze, compostable. Sustainability is at the forefront of our vision and we aim to achieve, promote and share sustainable gastronomy as we grow.
Experience
The team of Ganache Jersey has a wealth of international experience gained from years of working in haute pâtisserie and chocolaterie. Ganache Jersey was opened to share, experience and introduce others into the world of sweet gastronomy.
